This residence is a perfect family vacation option for those seeking convenient access to the restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and of course world class skiing. The living room is focused around a gas fireplace with a flat screen TV mounted on the stone wall above it. Views are to the south, across Gore Creek and to Vail Mountain. The south facing deck is an outstanding spot for morning coffee in the summer or to cook dinner on the plumbed in gas grill. The dining room flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, wolf brand gas range, slab granite counter tops, and breakfast bar seating.
The master suite is located just off the living room, providing privacy and stunning views across Gore Creek and to the ski mountain. The 2 guest rooms are along the north hallway. One has an en suite bathroom and the other accesses a full bathroom along the hallway itself. This is truly a gem among Vail condos!
Skiers and snowboarders can walk to Gondola #1 for quick Vail Village ski access or they can walk to Riva Bahn (Lift #6) at Golden Peak for fast access to ski school or the back bowls. In the summer, the easy access to the Town path puts you within steps of the Village to the west and Ford Park and the Betty Ford Gardens to the east.
Excellent choice as these residences are located less than a tenth of a mile from Ford Park and the playing fields! You can walk along Frontage road on the North side, or the bike path on the South side. – Concierge Team

Please confirm your housekeeping requirements at the time of booking. Our pricing structure includes a certain amount of housekeeping depending on a variety of factors (length of stay, time of year, and the specific property). If you require more housekeeping than we would be normally scheduled to provide, your reservations agent can inform you of the additional costs associated with your requirements.
Minimum Night stays are often required. As a general rule, Winter Holiday stays are required to be at least 7 nights. Other ski season periods, and the summer, usually require a 4-5 night minimum stay in a home and a 3-4 night minimum stay in a condominium. during the high season, varies by month and property.
The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 50% of Lodging Rent plus 50% of Sales & Lodging Taxes plus 50% of the Booking Fee, along with 100% of the Damage Insurance Premium (a required charge) plus 100% of the Travel Insurance Premium (an optional charge). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s rent and any booking fees. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of Triumph Mountain Properties (TMP).
Unless otherwise stipulated, pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Triumph Mountain Properties will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of TMP.
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.
Moving of furniture in our homes is not allowed. Upon check-out if we find furniture moved around the cost of time to move pieces back to their rightful place will be on the rental guest. Also, any scratches or damages caused by moving furniture is not covered under the damage insurance, and the cost will be on the guest.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.
Mountain View Residence #306 has a maximum occupancy of 6. This maximum occupancy is based on the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding. We do not permit the use of sofas, air mattresses, roll away beds, sleeping bags or any other type of temporary bedding, with the exception of cribs and pack n’ plays for very young children.
