Q. What are the benefits to renting a private residence versus staying in a hotel?

A. A private residence can provide you with more living space for a group as well as greater sleeping capacity, safeguard you from the noise that can sometimes impact you when staying in a hotel, allow for greater privacy in general, and can often turn out to be more economical than renting a series of hotel rooms when all the details are taken into account.

Q. Why rent a property for your vacation from a property management company?

A. In addition to the ancillary services a professional management company can provide, renting from one gives you peace of mind knowing that any emergency or maintenance issue that arises during your stay will be dealt with immediately.

Q. Are housekeeping services available?

A. Housekeeping services are included in every reservation.  The frequency of service depends on the length of your stay, the property you are staying in, and the time of year you are visiting.  We use high-thread count, hotel quality linens in all of our properties which are professionally laundered.  Additional housekeeping services can be purchased if desired.

Q. What other services are available?

A. Our concierge service can arrange or provide any other service associated with your trip with the exception of booking your airfare.  Any service we can organize or provide from our office is free of charge to you.  There are charges associated with shopping services and, of course, from any outside vendors through whom we coordinate a service you have requested.

Q. What sets Triumph apart?

A. We are meticulous in caring for the properties that have been entrusted to us.  No property in our inventory ranks lower than Gold on the local Lodging Quality Assurance scale, with most of them ranking at the very top of the Platinum range.

We represent some of the finest private residences in the Vail valley and couple those properties with a detail-oriented hospitality philosophy to make sure each guest has the most memorable experience possible.

We meet each guest upon arrival and give them a tour of the property so that they know where things are and how they work.  Each guest is assigned a personal concierge whom they can reach directly prior to their stay to coordinate their needs, and then during their stay for anything else they require.

Our on-call service ensures each guest that they will receive an immediate response to any emergency that may arise outside of our normal business hours.

In short, we are here to serve our guests and property owners so that they can relax and enjoy everything that our amazing little corner of the world has to offer!
